We accept clothing, shoes, backpacks, belts, hats, pursues, sheets, towels, blankets and other small household items that can fit in a bag. We will gladly accept items that have holes or stains.
How many days in advanced should I schedule my pick up?
Once scheduled you will typically be serviced within 72 hours. You will recieve a text, email, or call confirming your pick up date.
What do you do with the items you pick up?
We are a source as well as an outlet to local thrift stores, non-profits, school and church closets, and disaster relief victims. Items these places deem unusable are recycled and kept out of landfills.

How much do you charge for your service?
Our service is 100% free of charge.
Do you offer tax write offs?
Many of our affiliates are able to provide a write off if you donate directly to them. We are a green company that provides a free service but are unable to provide receipts.
Does the quality of my items matter?
We do not have quality restrictions for our pickups. We will accept items with holes or stains. We just ask that the items not be wet and free of mold.
